Since 1741, the Baurs have been producing quality Alsace wines in Turckheim - Thomas Baur is now the ninth generation at the helm. At the heart of the estate are 12.5 hectares of vineyards, half of which are in the Grand Cru BRAND, one of the most renowned sites in Alsace. Since 2001, the family has been working entirely biodynamically - a conviction, not a marketing strategy. The range includes Alsace Riesling Grand Cru, Pinot Gris, Pinot Noir and Rosé: wines with the minerality and individuality that distinguish Alsace - dry, precise, with a depth that is immediately apparent in the glass.
